Access and retrieval of these files are managed by Salumatics’ experienced record management professionals.  These professionals retrieve records and / or files within a 15 minute time frame from receipt of request: working with the customer, they confirm the information requested and process the request.

An enhanced feature of this service is “scan-on-demand” which provides customers with a low cost storage and retrieval solution: only information that is required is scanned and uploaded into the customer’s electronic document management system (EDMS). Information not requested stays in long term storage at the Salumatics facility until it is required or until its retention period is exceeded.
