A graduate of the University of Montreal (Bachelor Spec. Anthropology) and the Bordeaux International School (International Trade), Mr. Bergeron has thirty years of experience in management and organizational development, technology transfer, project management and business development.

During his career he has held management positions and worked on major mandates with regards to strategic analysis, communication, management change, process management, development of competitiveness, competitive positioning, business development and management of large projects in Canada and abroad (Central America & South America). He has held various senior positions in prestigious organizations including the Mouvement Desjardins, Genivar, Lason and CGI.

Since 2000, he has dedicated himself to the implementation of electronic patient records in Quebec. He acquired a very good knowledge of legal and regulatory framework, the organizational environment and challenges that characterize the health community.

Mr. Bergeron was closely involved in all phases of the preparation of agreements and implementation of the Electronic Patient Record System (EPRS) ChartMaxx in health centers and hospitals in Quebec. He participated in the installation of the Salumatics scanning center in Montreal in 2002, which serves a large clientele in Quebec, Canada and the United States.
