Scott brings with him over 23 years of executive management experience and a detailed knowledge of the health care marketplace in both Canada and the United States. He has developed and managed action plans and strategies to transition numerous North American community based and acute care institutions from paper-based health records management to electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Scott’s knowledge of health records management combined with a proven talent in analyzing abstract information has assisted leading edge healthcare institutions in clearly understanding the ROI of a future Electronic Medical Record System. His project experience has been acquired during mandates with some of the most reputed health care institutions in North America including Vancouver Acute (VA) Academic Ambulatory Care Centre, University Health Network, Center for Addiction and Mental Health, Grand River Hospital, York Central Hospital, Kingston General Hospital, Hamilton Health Science Center, Jewish General Hospital (QC), Centre Hospitalier Pierre Le Gardeur, River Valley Health (NB), Boston Medical Center (MA), the Loyola University Medical Center, Chicago (IL) among others.
Scott is a Certified Document Imagining Architect Plus (CDIA+)* and is also fluently bilingual.
