Director, Operations - Noreen Fletcher

Noreen Fletcher joined Salumatics September 2002 as Operational Director, Conversion Services and brings with her over 20 years experience in logistics management, including purchasing, customer service and operations management.

Noreen’s main responsibilities include the overall management of the day-to-day production operations of Salumatics’ document conversion facilities. In this capacity, Noreen leads the conversion services operation with respect to Project Scheduling and Tracking, Quality Assurance, Health and Safety Initiatives and Operational Finances. Noreen has worked in health care since 1980 and has gained valuable experience from companies such as SteriMed, Medilogic, Ingram and Bell (now Source Medical), Mallencroft (now Tyco) and Lason.

Over the years, Noreen has gained outstanding decision making, analytical, and communication skills, in addition to first-rate people management skills. Noreen has a superior track record for development of operational processes and procedures, with a focus always on customer service.
