Salumatics operates two large (each over 20,000 square feet) conversion/storage facilities; one located in Mississauga, Ontario and the other in Montreal, Quebec with a combined average direct labour staff of over 120 operators.

The plants have the current capacity to convert over 10,000,000 documents per month. Secured VPN networks are maintained between Salumatics abstract coders working remotely, our data centers and our client data centers. Coders are able to view document images stored on our servers and simultaneously input information directly into our client abstract databases.

Over 75 remote coders and 10 clients have been actively linked with multi-year contracts. Salumatics has well documented privacy and security procedures. Our staff is bonded, have regular criminal checks, sign confidentiality agreements and undergo specific privacy and security training.
